Silent Auction Donations
We are requesting donations for our silent auction. This can be in the form of a gift certificate, gift card, an item, service or experience. Donations do qualify for volunteer hours. CCA is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. If you need this form via email or customized for a specific purpose, please contact Diane Winne.

CCA Library:
Our new Library Media Specialist, Ms. LeDoux, has a wish list of books you can purchase and donate to the Library in exchange for volunteer hours. Click on this link to access the wish list. When you make a purchase, please email [email protected] and [email protected] so the books can be removed from the list to prevent duplicates. Thank you for your support of our Library!
Amazon Smile: Earn free money for CCA, at no cost to you! Sign in to your regular Amazon Account. Parent Information Form: Volunteer Guidelines

A note about Volunteer Hours: Volunteer hours are logged on a weekly basis. An updated total of hours will be posted on your student’s Quarterly Report Card. If you have more than one student attending CCA, the total hours will be posted on the eldest student’s report card. If you feel there is a discrepancy on the report for the number of hours, please contact [email protected]

From time to time CCA needs volunteers to oversee students without supervision.  Background checks are required to be on file.  If you are an HCDE employee, you only need to complete a yearly Volunteer Form.  If you have already completed a background check within 3 years, you must also complete the Volunteer Form.  All other volunteers need to complete a full background and fingerprinting process.  There is a $31 fingerprinting fee that will be credited (with a copy of receipt) as volunteer hours.  For more information or to receive the forms, please contact [email protected].
