Hey There CCA Families,                                                                                August 12, 2020

Thanks for helping us with our first day of school.  We feel good about how the day progressed and that students were able to attend their classes while at home and at school.  We also realize that there were some problems with logging in and with finding your ZOOM invitations.  Your students should go to CANVAS to find their ZOOM invite.  Some of our teachers sent an e-mail and posted on CANVAS.  This was not a requirement. Your student must login in to their chrome book and then go to CANVAS first to join the ZOOM.

Schedule change requests are finished today.  No further requests will be honored unless you are in the wrong class and it will hurt your chance to graduate on time. All requests made in May were made, as long as there was no conflict with a required class.  Sending multiple e-mails will not help since many/most of our classes are full at this time.  We will continue to make changes if possible.  I will let you know when all changes are completed.  Thank you for your patience.

Make sure your student has earbuds to use with their chrome books for in person learning.

If you need to send in registration forms, please e-mail them to winne_diane@hcde.org.  If you need to pay any fees, all are posted on our website.  We prefer online payment, yet we will accept cash or checks made out to CCA. If you need to add funds to your students cafeteria account, please refer to the HCDE.org website for guidance.
